Replacement Windows
Replacement windows (also referred to as retrofit windows) involves taking a new window and placing it into and older frame. The process is quick and easy to install and can be completed without stucco, drywall or paint damage.

Non-invasive solution.
No painting, stucco or wood work required.
Glass opening will decrease 1-inch, as these are insert windows.
Block frame
Block frame windows are designed without a nail flange, enabling installation without the need to remove or replace interior or exterior trim. Well-suited for brick applications or for replacing existing wood windows.

Best for brick or previous wood window applications.
No Stucco work required.
New construction
New construction windows involves more work than replacement or retrofit windows. New construction windows completely replace the old windows. The old window, frame and the exterior material around the window are removed to expose the studs of the home to install the new window.
Nail Fin
Nail fin window frames have nailing fins or flanges and are used for new construction window installations. The purpose of nailing fins is to secure the window to the wall sheathing and hold it in place while the shims and screws are being installed.
